Here you will find practice mx (motocross tracks) for Wales. If you know of a track thats isn't listed then please CLICK HERE, and we will add the track information on to the website. We are trying to build the biggest list of mx motocross practice tracks in the UK - we can all ride legally and get that practice in.

The Big Country Motocross Track
(Satnav post code: CF37 3PH) further directions see track description
The Big Country Motocross is a practice track over 1200 meters in length and is graded twice weekly, weather permitted. The track has ski jumps and table tops and is built on a flowing hillside circuit that runs well in ALL conditions. The site is suitable for riders of all abilities as we provide an auto and intermediate track for beginners and smaller machines” Directions from A470 @ Pontypridd (Satnav post code: CF37 3PH) Follow direction signs for B4273 to Ynysybwl (Ynysybwl is about three miles north of Pontypridd). Continue through Ynysybwl into the countryside. After a further mile, turn left, where signposted to Ferndale. Continue for about a mile to the Brynffynnon Inn (on left) and Llanwynno Church (on right). Bear left, around the back of the pub, then continue a further 300 metres and take the first left where you will see the motorbike track.

Opening Hours Weds 12p.m - 6p.m , Sat & Sun 10 a.m - 5 p.m
Adult Price £15.00 (125cc and Above) £10 for Under 18's proof required, 125cc and under £10.00

Toms Farm
Cwmderw Farm. Landranger map 147, ref. 030-787.
It's a 600 acre hill and also part of the Welsh 2 day event. Quads, 4WD's and bikes of any descrition are welcome. Watch out for the monster hill, at least 2 people have been airlifted to hospital with smashed legs, after riding off the top of it! You don't have to stick to the courses, anywhere goes. It's definatey not a MX track but more of a free for all, just be aware of other riders / drivers.

Cefn Park MX
Bridgend, South Wales
The track is regularly topped up with wood chip now which really makes this an ideal track for all weather. Plenty of bits and pieces to suit everyone. All ages are catered for whether young absolute novice or experienced riders. Everyone is very friendly at the track and help is just a question away. Spares and riding techniques are readily available.

CMX is a brand new Off-Road Motorcycle ‘Training and Practice’ facility and is being developed Just off, Roverway, Tremorfa, Cardiff. This purpose-built Centre is the first dedicated Off-Road Motorcycle venue in South Wales. The facility will provide riding and training opportunities for all interested user groups to include Motocross, Freestyle Motocross, Enduro, Trials, Quad, Pit Bikes, Downhill mountain bikes.

Awesome Track - they have 3 tracks to choose from ranging from beginners to pro's. The marshalls take pride in the tracks working every week no matter what the weather is to make sure the tracks are to a high standard by grading them every weekend, thats why riders keep coming back for more. All of the marshalls are unpaid volunteers and donate all of there spare time in making the tracks as good as possible ready for you the rider/s to enjoy a full days riding.
